Meta is opening their first retail location for Wearables and Metaverse products here in Los Angeles, Meta Lab. Located at 8600 Melrose Ave, Meta Lab turns the traditional retail store experience into a vibrant hub of creativity and community, a place where you can step into the latest immersive experiences in the demo areas or explore the latest styles of AI glasses.
To launch Meta Lab, we created Possibilities In Store, a brand campaign designed to spark intrigue around the new retail space without revealing too much. Rather than showing the inside of the store, the campaign centers on “moving day” at Meta Lab — an energetic, playful dramatization where movers and characters come together to bring the store to life.
The campaign consists of film, social, OOH, and digital OOH running across Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New York.

Tobias Lindborg, creative director: “We wanted viewers to be intrigued about what Meta Lab offers by dialing up the mystery of what is inside. Every item you see in the campaign has a reason for existing and a connection to the inside of the store, but you have to go check it out for yourself to complete the story.”
